I called about 5:00 pm on 7/3, after noticed my ice turned into water in the freezer in the morning. I already threw away all my meat and others in the freezer. The lady answered the phone told me she could send a rep to my home in two hours. Rep. Nurlan showed up around 7:30pm, and immediately went to work. He was not shy from the dirty dust from the back of the frige, and cleaning up as he was working. He not only quickly identified the problem, and told me the quote to fix it, and after I agreed, he quickly went to his car to get the parts, and came back replace the parts. He cleaned up after himself (trust me, the back of my frige was NOT clean), and by 8:00pm, he was done. He turned on the frige, I could immediately feel the cold air --- it was working! Then he quickly filled out the invoice, and allowed me time to write my check. By 8:10pm, he was out of my door. The entire time, he was professional, competent and efficient. And the charge, although not cheap (parts $130+, and labor $120), not outrageous either. It was a very hot day, and tomorrow is 7/4 holiday. At least he saved my holiday, and maybe some fresh food in the frige. Thank you Nurlan!

My dishwasher is running perfectly now and they guarantee their work, extending it to the entire dishwasher for 90 days as a sign of how thorough they are. I hope I don't have to use them again for anything else in my home, but should something else break (as things tend to do), they will be the first place I call!"

Dan, the service repair tech, was able to come to our location 30 minutes after placing the service call and he arrived with the part in hand that we believed to be the problem. Last night, we discovered our refrigerator had stopped working. This morning, I called about eight companies to try to find a repair company. Out of the eight, Appliance Repairs was the only company to answer the phone. The customer service representative was very friendly and gave me a variety of times for the repair man to come to our home. Alex, the repairman, was awesome. He was on time, and honest. The part we needed to replace he had in stock in his truck and although I had believed the compressor was the problem, he actually showed us it was a much cheaper part. We ended up paying one-third to one-half of what we had estimated the repair to cost and our refrigerator was fixed on the same day in about an hour. I highly recommend this company.

The service was very good. The technician showed up a little bit late but he did a good job. He fixed my fridge in a reasonable amount of time. I have not had any issues since he came and fixed it. My Sub Zero fridge stopped cooling and building ice on the interior walls, I thought I was in deep trouble since I invested more than fifteen thousand dollars buying it eight years ago. I called the first company and set an appointment with them, but no show and didn't even bother to call back. I called a second appliance repair company, they showed on time after two days, I was very disappointed the Tech spent more than two hours after he took it apart and left a bunch of screws on my kitchen counter and promised to return the following day, he never did !!!! . Frustrated and angry I decided to call a third company, called the guys at sugarlandapplianceappliancerepairservice.com (Appliances Repairs), they showed up on time same day, the Technician new exactly what was wrong with it after diagnoses, he told me what the charge was, which was very reasonable. The following day he showed up with the part and installed it. and didn't leave until the temp. dropped to 36 degrees. I am very happy now. Our dryer all of a sudden stopped producing heat and would not dry the clothes. We called Appliance Repair , they came the same day, diagnosed our problem and even had the right parts in their truck. We had two appliances go out in the same week. First the dish washer and then the refrigerator. Scheduling was efficient through Susan and the two repair technicians- were on time, efficient and professional. They diagnosed and completed the service quickly and I believe the charges were fair and commensurate with the performance of the work. They even pro-actively afforded us a "return customer" discount even though these issues basically happened simultaneously. The technicians-Nurlan and Timur- were great.

The Technician called to inform me that he is on his way, he arrived just on time, The diagnostics took less than half an hour, my GE Ice Maker needed to be replaced. He had the part stocked on his truck and replaced the old one. He double checked the new part and made sure it is starting to make Ice. The charges were very reasonable and there is no doubt in my mind that I'll call Houston Appliances Repairs for any future repairs.

I was worried that the whole service maintenance call was going to be a nightmare but this company scheduled someone to come and do the yearly check without a problem at all. The Service man called to let me know when he was expecting to arrive ahead of time and he was very professional. It was done and over before I knew it!
